its no longer uncommon scenario one deshi gurl wid his bideshi jamai .....as our wedding is a very very imp part of culture many new old traditions are recalled by murubbis such Aiiburo Vaat ( Bengali bachelorette) ,Haldi Kuta ,Ferul,Prostab,Ashirwad .......
just attend some weddin with not so old introduced Mehendi ,Rasam e Henna party....
This year saw too many shaadis with bachelorette party & Bridal shower

All that glitters is not gold (kundan)

Many ask many time many question about Jewellery ----- Kundan,Polki,Diamond ,where to buy ,how to decide the quality ,clarity ,cut today i will try to give a rough description about kundan.

*Old, solid gold ornaments are sometimes filled with shellac. It is important to determine this in order to not be overcharged.

*In trying to differentiate between an old and a new minakari piece, remember that the older the piece, the more intricate the design and more brilliant the colour

*To identify imperfections in a diamond, look for tiny, rents or fissures and specks. If the diamond has any of these, it is flawed. Note also that a real diamond can never have scratches on its surface, if it does, it is not a diamond.

*Genuine kundan-set crystal has a mellow, opaque appearance. Artificial kundan-set crystal is transparent and it glitters. This is due to the fact that glass has been used instead of crystal and colored tinfoil under the stones to create the illusion of color.

* I know many people who buy jewellery without checking Hallmark sign backside of each pieces ,remember every year thousand of pieces came to BD from india in 18ct. with lots of minakari & kundan .So please be careful when you are buying .Every good pieces will have HALLMARK

Just remember our ancestor who did jewellery so carefully that why some of us still do have some pieces Inheritance

Saffron,Abacus , Panshi, Attrium, EFES,Naval Club,falcon,trust etc..... these are just i ve been these places & it was goood at least i remember i enjoyed ......some people can try some club or some good ***** or **** , *** hotels such Radisson ,westin & pan pacific sonargaon.

Please First know your venue ,do they allow vendors from outside if they dnt how much inhouse vendors costs ( caterer ,Florist,light,how they charge for each stuufz such spoon,plate napkins,chair cover,Total Costing etc.....)I know so many cases where they have to over paid for hidden things. Dont rush & let stupid things spoil your whole wedding by choosing a bad venue .... TRUST ME IT MATTERS !!!

I got married this years Jan i remember we booked all my venues months months ago ,even though it was really very hard to manage all of ur fav at a time specially a good one ! if u get so ; u are a damn lucky person i got BCFCC but instead of Shenakunjo my hubby compromised with DARBAR HALL.I wonder who live in abroad & got married how they manage it !! anyway just because you Chicks & hunks this is small helping hand just read maybe u will find something ....Which is recommended by me i am givin a * sign there ........
